I randomly stumbled upon this and watched the whole thing. At first I wasn't sure, not being to keen on a couple of the first few I saw, but I am an absolute sucker for sci fi and just kept watching. I'm glad I did, because although they're in one of the few books I haven't read by him, Beyond the Aquila Rift and Zima Blue are both written by Alastair Reynolds, my favourite author.

I really do hope that more of his work makes it to the screen somehow, because these little stories worked really well in my opinion.

Edit: Checking on the Book Barn sci fi thread, it looks like a few writers contributed to these, including Peter F. Hamilton. Now more than before I hope this means we'll see more adaptions, but that may be wishful thinking. At least now I know I have more reading to do.
