Really been into Chinese cooking recently, especially Sichuanese style and found these channels helpful. Its hard to source some of the ingredients, but they usually offer western substitutes and its possible to find most of the rest online. Magic Ingredients - in Mandarin (I think) - US subtitles - Chinese general interest cooking channel http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCKlp1JI9Yg3-cUjKPdD3mw Souped Up Recipes - in English - Chinese expat cooks up treats that remind her of home.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3HjB3X8jeENm46HCkI0Inw Chinese Cooking Demystified - in English - excellent show by American living in China and his Chinese gf all about Chinese cooking. I've made like a dozen of these guys' recipes and they were all great https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC54SLBnD5k5U3Q6N__UjbAw These last two, I'm fairly certain, are some sort of advertisement or propaganda for agrarian communism probably funded by the Chinese government because they present a bucolic fairytale lifestyle i'm fairly certain is non-existent in real life. They sure are fun and peaceful to watch for some reason though. Liziqi - the reigning queen of this sort of content - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCoC47do520os_4DBMEFGg4A Dianxi Xiaoge - the upstart coming for her crown https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQG_fzADCunBTV1KwjkfAQQ
