I'm hoping that they'll get fully into the feel of the original and i don't forsee any time in the next few decades when The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street wouldn't be relevant. That’s the goal of the new series, from what I’ve read all of the first seasons episodes are based on classic episodes updated to resonate with current times. The Comedian is an update of Take My Life...Please!
