I made "kimchi" on a whim on Thursday. White cabbage, carrot, salt, soy, tiny bit of sugar, gochujang, garlic, ginger, spring onions, and sriracha coz I was feeling cute. It's not bubbling or anything despite two days of being left alone but hot drat it's good.
