Yeah I sort of hope they take this chance to expand on the last portion of the (manga) story because, while I still liked it a lot simply because it was well made, it was still rushed massively in terms of characterizations and story and could be developed further. We've barely gotten to know the rest of the Hashira in the manga and we've just seen glimpses of the other upper moons when suddenly the last arc starts and everyone is killing everyone for a hundred chapters and suddenly Muzan appears out of nowhere and the final boss battle begins and stuff just sort of snowballs at an insane pace. The last "arc" is less of an arc and more of a free for all brawl for everyone

Then you probably won't like the rest of the "arcs" that are left because they're basically 99% centered around fights like this season was. It sort of feels like the author at some point decided to stop expanding the worldbuilding and characters and just went all in on finishing the manga as soon as possible

Muzan is interesting exactly because he isn't some genius who dabbled in the forbidden mystical arts and gained power or whatever. He is really just what happens when a an rear end in a top hat accidentally gets superpowers and no one can stop him for hundreds of years
