Chivalry 2 is fantastic so far with the Beta. People can't seem to follow the objectives, but over all the combat and mush pits have been an absolute blast. Throwing fish, wheels, barrels and poo poo (literally) has been a blast. Getting killed by a ballista, respawning, picking up the tree trunk that killed you and using it to kill the guy on the ballista has been fun. Also, if you find a scythe, it is pretty amazing as a weapon. The number of overhead items that can kill you is also fun, especially for archers. The chandelier in the castle halls can catch a ton of people, TK'ing is pretty much a given though. UI though is kind of poo poo, especially when you want to know what weapon will be unlocked next, or have available to use skin wise before you go in game. Being unable to purchase items while on a server is kind of a bummer as well. If this thread were to suddenly turn into Chivalry 2: Mordhau is Dead, I think it would be the most apropos direction we could go.
