Adding a video of a baseball game I recorded off of TV many years ago. A beachball gets onto the field during a game between the Giants and the Angels. Giants broadcasters Jon Miller and Mike Krukow provide commentary. (Sorry the audio is so low.) https://streamable.com/wyx89 It's worth noting that there were several minutes of silence after that comment, and I'm sure everyone in the booth was laughing their asses off. Miller and Krukow make a great team and talk so much poo poo during games. (Krukow is the one who cracks the joke in that video.) I'm sure there's room for a deep dive into baseball commentary history and funny announcers but  .Miller loves to make fun of the Dodgers broadcaster Vin Scully and does a great impression of him: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sqe8uq9BWVc (Dodgers are the Giants' rival team.) Alright, everybody. It's about time to really close this thread down. I have officially named the winners of the little contest I had - CirclMastr and TheFlyingLlama won by default by virtue of being the only two that submitted videos they recorded themselves for the contest. Furthermore, I named Lux Animus the third winner for that fanart of Kami, because, well, look at it. That's nice. So, I'll be submitting this thread for archival today. However, since I took my sweet time with this, the Super-League has started! You can join the thread and read about Smasher Dynamo going through a Pokemon fangame because that's better than having to deal with us owners, and in a while, there will be the new signup thread, and you can join in on the league with your own team as well! Hey everybody, guess what? This thread is now archived! And I will take this opportunity to plug something: The Super-League is taking new signups! Go and build your own baseball team and have it compete with other goon-made baseball teams, and enjoy Smasher Dynamo's writing along the way! As long as you don't mind failure, it's great fun where you can put exactly as much effort into it as you want to.
