people who sperg out on what arial looks like at large sizes don't seem to understand it was optimized for low dpi screen display over what it looks like printed that's why it looks so different at 16 than 14 on windows

illustrator is the correct way to manipulate vectors. maybe try affinity? it’s cheap and has a free demo
