It seems even easier to do than Romuva, and that one's pretty easy to do (the only challenge there is getting up religious authority, but you can just constantly raid the many, many churches in Ireland.) Not going to vote on the religion reform because my last pagan game (Romuvan Prussian Merchants) was before the mechanics were reworked. Temporal does seem more fitting for a religion reformed by someone pursuing the restoration of an empire, though.
