But as the bios on the cards were originally printed, both Carmen Sandiego and Kari Meback have brown eyes and brown hair. The book says the thief had blue eyes and brown hair. Even if the book had meant to say 'brown eyes', us readers would still have been left with a 50-50 choice on making the arrest.
