 I like how X-Men97 looks. It can be a bit stiff but character blocking and general scene composition is top notch and the fight scenes are fantastic. Given the apparent threadbare budget, they used the resources available to them extremely well.

 Captain Planet was good, it's one of the few children cartoons that accurately depicts the billionaire class.
