 Great Knight feels like a trap and I felt dumb for making Ferdinand one instead of a Holy Knight because the latter has terrain resistance and the last mission of Crimson Flower is like 60% burning tiles

 Also, early on when you don't have a ton of healing Dorothea's personal skill is pretty useful I find.
