I have no idea how this didn't get caught during testing.

-The game is known as Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic 1 in Japan and is alot harder.

While doing small Mario only I got to W7 without using a continue. With enough practice I could see a 100% Small Mario No Continues run being possible but it's Mario Maker season now.
