Thanks for the schedule, been following the US since World Cup play started.

My BFF thinks the US got lucky with penalties in the game against England.

She also thinks Dunn was underrated all during all the games.

Watched the ReignFC vs. North Carolina Courage.

Williams was fantastic. NCC looked like they had the game in control the whole time.

Also saw Chicago Red Stars vs. Houston Dash, also was a good game.

Very few WCers back to actually play though, hardly saw any in these two games.

In the Chicago/Houston game there was a goddamn hair on the camera or something and it was even more unbelievably distracting than the low-effort announcers.

General production wasn't too great either.

It's like creative whiplash going from the expertly produced televising by Fox Sports to Yahoo Sports/NWSL which seems to be barely about as good worse than college studio level.

Whoa that was a quick goal, Portland takes the lead.

Goalie didn't unload fast enough and Hayley was right there to intercept

Pressley with several incredible saves!

Found an interesting article/interview with Jessica McDonald, the only mom on the USWNT, and one of seven moms in the entire NWSL.

Born and raised in Phoenix, to boot..

Houston wound up beating Sky Blue by 1-0, a close game right to the end. Both teams looked super tired, yet didn't use any subs until like the last 20 minutes. Kinda agree with Xeria's assessment regarding these teams- the whole game reminded me of a Mets vs. Anyone Else game, it would have gone on longer if Daly hadn't scored.

Lone goal in last night's Utah vs. Portland game was outta nowhere- Christen Press, the spark plug for Utah gets an assist but it's a ponytail header from Becky Sauerbrunn that scores. She's normally a defender and doesn't get much opportunity to score.

Incredible shot.

Seattle Reign FC vs Orlando Pride, only 24 minutes into the game and Darian Jenkins scores two all by her lonesome, and Beverly Yanez scores another not five minutes later to put Reign up 3-0.

Game currently delayed 30 mins due to weather delay (possible lightning) and their lights don't seem to be working.

Ashlynn Harris looked asleep at the wheel all of those goals, but GIRLFRIEND reminded me she has family in Florida and could be preoccupied with issues regarding the past hurricane.

N. Carolina Courage beats Houston Dash on a bullet penalty kick by Samantha Mewis past Jane Campbell. I don't think that ball could have been kicked any harder, Campbell was fooled by inches.
