I can't help but wonder what amateurish goon chromatic metal sounds like, especially after several chefs have had their way with it.  Orion, you can't go wrong with beating up people.

In pen and paper shifting form takes as long as casting a spell, making a melee attack or firing a long burst with a gun. Doesn't matter if it's shifting by spell or magical power.
