My library started stocking Kakuriyo Bed and Breakfast for Spirits and that should technically qualify as an isekai because the main character is whisked away to the spirit realm. Fairly standard 'human in world of monsters' romance.

One thing to note, the translators do this annoying thing where any spread is represented both as individual pages and then immediately after as a merged image. It will cause the chapters to feel like they are stuttering.
