If someone says it one more time I'm having Florina show up as a corpse. I'm not even kidding, I was pissed off with people doing that shit back in 2010, and I'm not dealing with it now in 2016.
So now I ask the question to you all.

Is Planet of the Apes an Isekai story? Is Final Fantasy X an Isekai story or a fake-out Isekai story?

No, but that's not what Zanarkand is. Zanakrand is a SUMMON that is a physical island off the coast of Spira that's protected by Sin. It's how Jecht managed to get to Spira just by sailing too far out to train and getting caught up in the bullshit.
