 Black-and-white noir would be amazing. I'm also going to suggest that we have something about either the gameplay or the setting that really shouldn't fit with noir just to see if we can make it work.
Sesame Street noir.
Pac-man noir.
Pong noir. (Hey, it's already black-and-white anyway!)
