I also have this memory of a sci fi show from way back. It took place at a very very high wall in the desert iirc. I don't remember much of it. I almost think it was an outer limits episode. There was for certain an OL episode with robots in a prison or something but that wasn't it.

A PC game from the late 90s/early 00s where you controlled one of three different vehicles (I think it was an attack helicopter, a tank, and a jeep?) and tried to destroy or capture your opponents base. At any time you could return to your own base and switch vehicles. Top-down view, 2D or isometric graphics.

No, IIRC this one didn't have a story or any other enemies on the map than the opposing team(s), where every team had an identical base and the same three-vehicle setup. I vaguely remember there being some rock-paper-scissors mechanics to the gameplay as well where every vehicle was strong against one other but weaker against another. Like the tank could easily blow away the jeep, but was vulnerable to the chopper's missiles, and so on.
EDIT: Found it! It was Return Fire. Turns out it was actually four different playable vehicles.

This has nothing to do with the trash du jour but I remember a short film I saw on IFC years and years ago about a bunch of old men hiking in some germanic speaking country and they all get stuck one by one in a bog or something and resign themselves to die. I remember liking it but not if it was actually you know good. I think it might be noregian, danish or swedish but not positive

(Although nobody knows mine, i've tried DOZENS of sites now and only found one other person who knew what I was on about, and THEY didn't know the name of the book either!)
It may have been part of a collection of short stories too as I don't remember the story being very long.
It's basically one particular apartment building in manhattan. There were two separate youtube vids ( I found them because I love roof gardens) touring the top floor adjacent apartment and one had a greenhouse and the other had an elevated patio deck. The youtube vids I'm certain have long since been removed. I found the building on google earth long ago but that's because the address was included in the youtube descriptions. I don't even know if the building exists in the same state or even if it exists anymore. Like I said, it's pretty much a needle in a haystack.
Oh and it's not like the videos could have had more than a few hundred hits either

An animated (I think) TV show made a reference to the whip stir segment from the Star Wars holiday special. Maybe Archer, maybe Venture bros. Maybe not!
An also animated show (and I think a Macfarlane one at that) taking potshots at the South Park guys. Straight up saying Trey was the real talent and Stone the hanger on.

There was this candy or gum rather from back in the 90s, 2000s ish? I'd say. It was fruit flavored gum in a skittles esque package. A couple of the flavors were stinkers (the blue somehow managed to taste like the blue porta potty water smells) but for the most part it was some of the juiciest, most flavorful gum I'd ever had.

When I was a kid, there was a short film I rented a few times (between 85 and 88) where toys (like the silly wind-up toys) wanted to find out where they came from. So they looked at their 'MADE IN JAPAN' labels, hopped on a plane, and found out how they were made and packaged.

An amusement ride attraction from when I was a kid. I think little battleships floating on water would traverse a pool and another "side" would shoot at them with little cannons from land. They could shoot at each other. I think they were shooting tennis balls?
