Like an hour to half hour before the draft it'll say your league is drafting, click the link and you'll go into the draft.

Edit: It's 15 minutes prior to the draft.

Apparently you had to set that setting before the draft and I can't adjust it. I tried turning waivers off but everyone was still showing up on waivers so they must be locked.
