It's led them to signing cowardly managers and spending an insane amount of money on veteran players. The problem is the more they spend the more impatient they get and the less opportunities there are to actually develop players and build chemistry, which leads to the prospects getting sold or leaving when they see whats up . Puig will be good, and Alena and Fati probably as well (assuming they don't sell them for stupid reasons), but this is all the result of year after year of buying expensive players who were never going to be a good fit to begin with. The entire board will be voted out in a year. Xavi will return as coach and Barca will be the first team to average 100% possession with zero shots on goal. And if you don't like that well then boy do I have a post about triangles to dig up.
