When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for posters to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the forums, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Moderation and of IKs entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of posters requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Moderation, and to provide new Mods for their future security. � Such has been the patient sufferance of this Subforum; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Moderation.
