Imagine cutting a sandwich instead of immediately shoving it into your gaping, fetid maw. Me, I like a good salami, provolone, mayo and spicy mustard. In whatever proportions you prefer, garlic powder if desired. No processed white bread/cake product allowed though, I'm sorry but I don't make the rules. Avocado, tomato and salt is pretty good too, if you can find good tomatoes.
