Hummus, shallots, pine nuts, crumbled blue cheese, arugula, olive oil, balsamic glaze if you can find it (balsamic vinegar if not.) Open faced: hummus, guacamole, sliced cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, grated pecorino if you can find it (parm if not, but either way, don't buy the pre-grated sawdust in a bottle poo poo)
