is there like a way where you can combine the two, because based on the questions i read, i kept thinking about how central planning basically didn't do much in favor if there's a hierarchy of top level managers directing you and exploiting the labor rather than a bunch of groups coordinating throughout regions without undermining each other and working towards a common goal and patching out resource scarcities to complete each other, but its so generalized :shrug:
