If you're playing along at home and are dying to the lightning snake monkey cat, there are two garden sheds in the arena that have roofs, and the boss will be more than obliging to break the walls of them if you kite him over. Then, you can position it so it can't fit between the beams and repeatedly slap it in the face over and over until it finally carks it and the only thing you need to do is dodge roll through the lightning breath. Also if you have the DLC, the statues (being made of rock) are super weak to the tonfas' blunt damage and take bonus damage from being slapped with sticks. Maybe the wood hammers might work too? IDK
