He'll moan about "anarcho-leftists" getting mad and splitting with each other & then spend the next 800 words getting himself redder & hotter & nuder until he combusts because AK Press gave Bookchin's roasting of the post-left Social Anarchism or Lifestyle Anarchism: An Unbridgeable Chasm reasonably widespread notoriety by the standards of anarchist works and thus they are evil anarcho-leftists but also a cartel and blah blah shut the gently caress up you nerd.

Though he also had an influence on less dumb anarchists like Emma Goldman, and reading Ego and Its Own had an influence on Marx moving away from Hegelian idealism to materialism.

In the UK alone the democratic centralist nature of the Trot parties is often used by higher ups to cover up sexual assault & rape committed by their members. The most prominent example was the so-called Comrade Delta case where the Socialist Workers Party covered up, and accusations of rape were absolved by friends of the accused. Less well known was Gerry Healy's Workers Revolutionary Party, which had among its members the Redgrave family of actors (Vanessa Redgrave probably the best known). The party collapsed in 1985 when it came out that there were long running cover-ups of Healy's own sexual abuse. Such is the fun of democratic centralism, gotta protect the higher-ups.
