Sash! posted:Two state reps in Pennsylvania just announced they are proposing legislation virtually identical to the California law. Good, I hope it passes, and fast. If enough states pass these laws, the NCAA will have no choice but to accept it. If the NCAA drags this into court, though, it could discourage other states from passing these laws until the matter's settled and then we'd be at the mercy of a federal court.
