A whole month?! Jesus christ. There was already a month gap on this side of the new year

That was a long four weeks. Now we have five straight weeks of new episodes to complete the season. 18: Tappy Tappy Tappy Tap Tap Tap Tina goes to see Josh perform in a tap show, and suspects sabotage when he's injured on stage.

Great episode, great animation. I'm pretty sure that's the first time Alan has actually spoken.

"Gene tells a story of a gigantic lizard pulling a mecha's finger to make it fart, to inspire Teddy's confidence in his abilities" - a normal sentence, about this wonderful show.

The episode was fine but I couldn't help thinking I was the only one going "this would be a lot better if it was just set entirely at the aquarium", right?

I think I got the point that she's afraid of the bathroom pretty quickly and the build didn't add much other than to drag us through the Pickle Tickling B-plot. 21: Local She-ro While trying to show Tina what's great about their town, Linda ends up on the trail of a legendary local singer. Meanwhile, Teddy turns to Bob for help in arguing with a sports radio host. InsensitiveSeaBass fucked around with this message at 13:18 on May 10, 2020 |

That's... good? At least with BB as an anchor, FG occasionally being actually funny (I thought last night's was great. For family guy) and duncanville (hopefully renewed) as a pleasant surprise, their sunday animation block isn't looking as lean as it used to.

Duncanville is so much better than Bless the Harts in every capacity. It's not anything super fresh, but Bless the Harts was stale coming straight out of the packaging.

It's a little weird to me that they've never named the town but also have never make jokes about keeping its name a secret. The most recent episode was all about the town itself but they kept saying "this town", "this place", etc.

But yeah, this feels like the logical conclusion to Springfield, Arlen, etc. -- never name the place.

I bet they name it in the movie or the Finale or at least finally make a joke pointing it out like Malcolm in the Middle did.

I don't think it's much different but in Central Park they do a lot of 4th wall breaking and singing to the audience (like a live musical) so it might be more noticeable with characters looking at you instead of at other characters.
