Well it's either ulnar nerve entrapment (cubital tunnel), golfer's elbow, or tennis elbow depending on what you mean by "under" your elbow.

Any numbness/tingling/weakness in your pinky? If yes, ulnar entrapment.

If no, probably golfer's elbow (weirdly I think that's the rarest of the three, or at least the one I hear of least).
