Glass graffiti is usually done with diamond tip scribes. That monitor would have to be worth a hell of a lot for me to want to buff that out. Those aren’t light scuffs. I’m super biased here and this is not advice but I would personally graffiti the living poo poo out of it and keep it plugged in looking awesome.
