I'm almost done World 2 and so far I like this game. I have to keep the difficulty low for now because some of the exercises seem much harder for me than others, but this is accomplishing what I hoped for, giving me another cardio option to keep things from getting boring. My hand/eye coordination is terrible so as I'm running along I miss out on a lot of the extra items, and sometimes I run right into an obstacle before I can respond to it, but that doesn't put me off. I don't understand exercise choice, or adding new exercises. Are some exercises more powerful than others? If you add one (ex: abdominal twist) is it replacing a current one, or in addition? During fights I just rotate among everything to spread out the effort.

This ab shield thing so help me god. Sometimes I take almost no damage, sometimes I take a ton. I can't squeeze the goddamn thing any harder!

For my 6th workout the game asked if I wanted to bump the difficulty up a little, and it kicked my rear end. So... many... squats.
