Having played this for the past two days and my legs are still sore, think I'm gonna not do adventure mode today and just do some arm exercises in quickplay. Game's really fun though, splitting up the standing exercises/cardio is great for not feeling like you're gonna die, and the guided warm up and cool down stretches feel helpful. I definitely don't do that enough when I exercise on my own

It's gonna suck at first, but just take your time and wait until a muscle stops being sore before you exercise it again.

I was doing fine today until I hit the "leg gym" in world 5. My thought process went something like this: Oh hey, mountain climbers! Didn't know this game had those, that's cool. Wonder when I unlock that mo-OH GOD NO MY LEGS Decided I was done for the day after that, lol

I noticed if I was moving them at all it wouldn't let me start, since that's how the game calibrates where your starting position is. You should also be able to try individual exercises in the custom exercise mode from the main menu, but I haven't tried it so I'm not exactly sure how it works

This happened to me and then a few levels + swapping out skills later I found myself wanting to move the difficulty back down because the exercises I was doing were waaay harder. I really like how non-judgemental the game is about doing that

I just did a boss fight where, after doing Wide Squats, the game made me defend against a powerful leg attack by...holding a wide squat for a looong time. I thought my legs were going to burst into flames but somehow I made it out ok

If I'm understanding it right, you're supposed to be balanced on your forearms and toes and off the ground with the rest of your body, but I literally have to fall flat on the ground before it does the little countdown to let me start. The game is waiting for you to keep your leg still, if it's moving too much it won't start the countdown because that's how it calibrates what your starting position is
