the actual exercise is: going into a plank position and then lifting your hips up and holding it, then going down as one rep

i would describe my planks as humping the carpet

it's fun to scream at bosses while you wide squat. if that's not appealing, perhaps just dance would be a good option for home cardio.

i haven't done a plank in forever since the attack isn't high enough. the high attack moves i currently have seem way easy??? like standing hip shake and the warrior poses. at least wide squat still rips.

I just did the Ab level where you have to smash a bunch of boulders, and accidentally jumped over one of them instead. Thankfully it was early in the level, and starting over just means more exercise. I'm just a little disappointed in the mechanic.

i jumped over that freaking boulder like three times

God drat I'm really not enjoying some of these gym quests, finally managed to do the first smack back one where you can't miss a single discus.
It sucked.

I should just skip them but I want to do them all despite really disliking them!

the discus gym you're talking about is indeed the worst and took me like ten tries to perfect.

squeeze it hard against your clenched abs. don't focus on the arms. is it not registering for you? i stand about 7ft from the switch and haven't had issues.

Ok cool that’s how I was doing it. Can it be done in a particular way to avoid all damage?

Cause I usually take 3/4 of a heart each time even. When doing it

you take damage regardless typically
