Wait, why does the TCG call it Lightning type while literally all other media calls it Electric?

This thread made me start playing the game again on my phone, and i have to say, Dewgong and Blastoise is a pretty nasty combo, with plenty of Bills and Oaks to keep the energy flowing.

Vicilli's artwork looks like it belongs in a Zelda game of the era. I like it. Also that RIP deck looks incredibly devious. Will we see his other 2 decks?
