It's just one of the things that was on the book so long and never called I figured everyone forgot about it and no one bothered to take it out.

They never call it, but it's still there.

I *think* I've seen C called on a fumble at some point a few years ago, but can't remember ever seeing the others.

Really impressive game by the Ravens, glad the Pats got one of these early season slapdick games out of them so Belichick can whip them into shape over the bye.
