The choices here seem pretty crappy, but drat that dude just doesn't seem at all repentant. Still, I think it's worth a shot to let him keep the powers. Also, maybe I missed something, but did the game ever say out right what happened to Kevin's parents?

Tell me Callie smiles like this when she says her final "Yep." That look of sadism is just hilarious. Good point about maybe finding other temporary hosts for the power, that seems like a great solution. Too bad the great ideas never get explored in setting.
