Rapids just brought Abubakar back permanently from Columbus for $400k in GAM and a 2020 international spot. Rapids have also acquired Austin Trusty from Philly for $300k in 2020 TAM, $300k in 2021 GAM, and a possible additional $150k in 2021 GAM depending on performance objectives. Pretty piece of work by the Rapids. (Now lets see if they can make it work next year...) link

The new Fire logo is fuckin sad, even though Mike Magee likes it. All this because Nelson was afraid of being confused with a Dick Wolf show.

Imagine paying money for that dumbass logo instead of just like you know, not being the sporting equivalent of an old dirty diaper rotting on the beach. How can I get hired as a consultant at one of this big rear end firms, I'll blow the roof of the joint with dynamic ideas like "try and win" and "stop constantly pushing the people buying your product away"

I’m glad the Fire partnered with the Gangster Disciples for the badge. Interesting marketing strategy, we’ll see how much increased exposure they’ll get when people see the logo on garage doors, freight train cars, and under viaducts.

Sign him as depth on defense, veteran back line leadership, etc and I’ll be happy.
