I think Griffith may yet again regret where his ambition leads him to; it is entirely possible he'll face consequences for his actions up to this point and he'll once again be in a vulnerable position. And I think again his colleagues will be there for him. But I don't think he's going to get a rescue. At best, a tearful farewell as he's put down. Griffith sucks bad on a cosmic level. There ain't no iron mask punishment for that.
