If anybody wants to see, there's a Donkey Kong kill screen coming up.

What exactly is the problem? It’s weird that he hasn’t been able to make the offense work a bit better. Especially since he was sooooo good at Houston and Ohio State as OC. Texas isn’t exactly lacking in resources or recruiting.

Besides being a lip-kissing narcissist, has he just made bad hires?

Won't fire his bud at OC who the game has caught up to and passed by. DC is looking the same way this year. Injuries aside, they look undisciplined and unable to tackle.

Next year really is his make or break year. They should be a mature team that should be good, but won't be if he keeps his coordinators.

Tim Beck is completely unable to understand why things work or do not work within the context of a game. His reasoning is generally fine in theory but he can’t seem to understand that things which work early will not work later if done exactly the same way and in the same pattern.

At OSU, he couldn’t grasp the idea that a designed RB run that looks like a zone read might work once or twice but if you never actually call a zone read, it’s going to end up being completely ineffective. So by the second quarter they’re calling these fake zone reads still and all it’s doing is basically slowing down the RB and getting him blown up for a loss or no gain.

The loss to Michigan State in 2015 is a masterclass in lovely offensive coordinating.

He's also seems incapable of sustaining a rhythm/momentum. The offense will get going on a drive and the he'll start calling his lovely slow developing plays or screens and just kill a drive's rhythm.

I’ve decided I like it much better when we suck unfathomable quantities of rear end at the start of the season and then kind of get it together by the end than the other way around.

The late season regression is definitely harder to watch than a slow start.
