Holy crap am I late putting this up this year. I am so so sorry and should have just let Fran do it. Oh well. Too late now. ANYWAYS let's copy and paste from previous years! It's that time of the year again and I'm once again doing it mostly because I've now done it so many times that I've become fond of it. Here is the mostly copy pasted from last year OP. Also like last year, I will be participating so if you get matched to me, it will not be so secret. I'll still make it random and all that but just know that going in. All you need to do is send a little info here cinedsanta2019@gmail.com What I need you to send is 1) Your SA username 2) A link to your profile 3) Your actual name 4) Your address (or at least where you want your Santa to send your gift) 5) Whether you want 1 or 2 Santees (2 Santees also means you get 2 Santas) 6) Whether you're willing to ship internationally (not shipping internationally is only an option for people from the US. If you are not from the US and really prefer to ship within your country, I'll see what I can do but I can't guarantee anything. Expect to ship internationally) 7) Your Age/Sex 8) Whether you own a Bluray player 9) Anything you want your Santa to know about yourself, what you want and what you don't want. You should also post this in this thread but here you can also put stuff you don't want public (like Amazon wish lists). A few other things: -No one is expecting you to buy the that that $150 Showa Godzilla Bluray set but be expected minimum price for your gift is $20. You can go way over that if you want but please don't be cheaper than that. -Once you get your Santa/Santee and want to message them, PM me or send something to the e-mail and I'll relay it for you. -Please be an actual CineD poster. You don't have to be one of the regulars or someone that posts alot but still be someone that's had some sort of presence. -If you think you're going to have any trouble getting your gift there on time, let me know and I'll let your Santee know. Don't make your Santee worry they got stiffed. -If you haven't received your gift by January 1st and have heard nothing, let me know and I'll look into it. -Don't be an rear end. If you sign up please actually send someone something cool. The Deadline for signups is December 16th which I know is really late but not much I can do because I put this off too long (sorry). All I can say is everyone should be okay with getting some stuff a little after the new year. I think that's everything. If I forgot anything, let me know and I'll put it in the OP. So after you've sent your e-mail, post in the thread. Let your Santa know you're here and what you want. Also just in general discuss things about your interests or try to inquire into the interests of others. I’m in. I'm gonna provide a Wish List to my Santa to make it easy. Here is my Letterboxd Here is a list of films I own. I made notes on which films are blu-rays (or some special edition things). If there isn't a note, it's a DVD. I would love something from the Criterion Collection or maybe some good horror movies. Or something artistic and weird like David Lynch, Harmony Korine, Charlie Kaufman, etc. No Funko Pops or really any physical merch. I'm planning on moving in the near future, so I don't want to risk losing or breaking a figuring or poster or anything. I'm in. I basically only post in the horror thread but I lurk elsewhere in CineD. I used to buy any movie I liked but I started running out of shelf space so now I only really collect stuff like Criterions or boutique labels like Severin, Vinegar Syndrome, etc. Weird/trashy/obscure/foreign stuff is especially welcome. Blu-ray is preferred, no UHD at the moment but I'll probably have one sometime next year. Okay, I should have this all up and going by the end of the day. Also I guess I should make a post in this thread. I lost most things in a fire this year so I don't have a ton of blurays left, so right now you have a far greater chance of getting me something I don't have then something I have. My favorite stuff tend to be horror and kung fu movies but in general I like anything weird

I have no idea who my Santa was but I got home late from work to be greeted by a package. Whoever you are, thank you so much! I have seen Mandy but I love it. It’s my favorite movie in a long time and I can’t wait to watch it again. I haven’t seen the Guest but I’ve read good things and I’m excited to check it out. Thank you.

I don't have pictures because they're in my car at the moment, but Pirate Jet got me a copy each of House (1977) and 13 Assassins! I actually lost my copy of House a few months back (friend borrowed and then misplaced it) so that was a nice surprise, but I've never actually had a chance to watch 13 Assassins, so I'm really looking forward to that!

I also received a copy of House(1977) on Blu-Ray today which I’ve always wanted to see based on the reviews in the October Challenge thread. But I’m either daft or there was again no sender info so it could be from the same Santa as yesterday’s films or maybe a different Santa. Who knows! Thanks though! One of my Santee’s presents are on the way, should be there Friday or Saturday. The other I’m still waiting on 2 things but if they aren’t here soon I’ll just ship what I have and then ship the other items later.
