Found the 3D Blu-Ray version of "Dark Water/Death in Heaven" for $1 at my local Dollar Tree. If you have a Dollar Tree around you, it's worth going to see if they have it.

I'm watching the "Trial of a Time Lord" blu-ray set and it looks about as nice as it can, since it's all on video instead of film. The extended cuts don't have anything extraordinary so far. The story itself is still complete gibberish, even with the extra half hour or so of footage.
