An ELM327 reader is about $20 on amazon, and the torque or dash command app are like $6. And they're more useful than most/all <$100 code readers because you can monitor sensor outputs too. Don't get the bluetooth version if you have an IOS device, get wifi. If you have android either should work.

I just wanted to clarify.
