idk I used to work at a restaurant many years ago, and there was a sandwich on the menu called the supermelt. sourdough, buttered and grilled pepper jack and sharp cheddar turkey breast slices ham slices roast beef slices we'd grill the bread on the griddle with the meats. combine all with cheese and it was delicious. the least important meat was roast beef imo. it was v good. `Nemesis fucked around with this message at 12:04 on Jan 12, 2020 |

y'all just thought of another sandy I make. corn meal (yellow) a bunch of MSG cayenne - more than you think you need cause you gonna deep fry this season salt like Lawry's garlic powder onion powder mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. this is getting deep fried so more seasoning than normal is ok. I normally just buy frozen chicken breasts so when I thaw them there's a bunch of juice to make sure the coating sticks, but an egg wash would probably be a real good improvement. deep fry as normal and enjoy |
