this might sound dumb but my favourite sandwich is a cold super-basic farmhand kinda thing. wheat/seed bread, just enough mayo to keep it from getting soggy, lot of thin-sliced turkey breast, lettuce tomato *maybe* onion with some of grandma's special mustard. it's tasty, cheap, holds up well in a lunchbox, and good for you. a spicy chicken sandwich costs like 2x as much, is pretty much poison, and a soggy mess half an hour after it's passed out the drive-thru window. i'm assuming you mean the fast-food item because that's the only place i ever see em, i'm sure they could be done well but it's hard to fry chicken at home
