One of my favorite things in movies is when credits or usually just names of places in movies are displayed in the frame as if they're a 3D part of the world. Its mostly a recent thing, if I had to guess its been happening for maybe 15 years? I recently checked out the opening credits for Panic Room and Fincher was doing it all the way back in 2002!
