Rossi/Biaggi/Kato/Waldmann, and Tetsuya Harada, who continuously gets underrated as one of the best 90s Japanese bike racers. MotoGP has made their video stuff free for the time being, but most of the 250cc stuff from the 90s is in highlight form. Harada indeed owned and also got completely hosed out of the '98 title. The 500cc era back then was p dreadful with Doohan laying waste to everyone, but '99 has quite a few really fun races.
