I'd be worried about ground beef from a store as there's a variable of cleanliness when grinding/packing. Yeah, it is/was a thing, I remember them being called Cannibal Sandwiches in Wisconsin. I think it kinda ended with the boomer generation, one of my Uncles brought them for like Christmas Eve snacks, and I remember my childhood friend's family would make them when I'd go up north in the summer. They're just raw ground beef on a bed of raw onions on the little cocktail rye bread square thingies with fresh ground pepper. You definitely shouldn't do it with random rear end ground beef from the grocery store, said childhood friend and I's friends had never heard about it so I think earlier this year we went to a butcher and specifically asked for ground beef for this purpose and they went in back and ground it fresh on clean equipment or something. They're not that great.

I looked away for a second when that spin move happened and everyone went "Woah, what the gently caress?" and then I looked back and the ball was snapped and was confused about what happened that was so surprising  Also I woke up yesterday morning to a notification for a news article about how apparently Pat had been practicing behind the back throws and was trying to convince Andy to let him do a play with it. I thought that's what they were gonna do when he ran up to Andy at the very end of the game and they didn't
