I have had the worst phlegmy headcold all week, and the hope spot of senate witnesses hasn't helped matters/my mood.

Any good lets plays or walkthroughs of Three Houses to listen to while I read history ebooks?

Today I was reading a chapter from Global Crisis: Climate Change and Catastrophe in the 17th Century

I got inspired to start an op-ed:

o 1600s: Health Crisis from a LACK of long-term caloric intake; Example: loss of 30% body weight causes low blood pressure and less nutrients to be absorbed. Factors include LACK of Food from Droughts and Famine, reduced physical activity from chronic malnutrition, vitamin deficiency from scarce diet and poverty. These complications can make diseases fatal (dysentery, pneumonia).

o 2000s: Health Crisis from a SURPLUS of long-term caloric intake; Example: rise of 30% body weight causes high blood pressure and less nutrients to be absorbed. Factors include SURPLUS of Food from Dietary and Fiscal abundance, reduced physical activity from more sedentary lifestyle, vitamin deficiency from fast food diet. These complications can make diseases fatal (diabetes, heart disease).

*Stumbles into Game Chat at 2am with an interview in the morning*

Hoo boy the general fuckery in Iowa. Their trashy campaign app crashed and stopped all results coming in, and won't be fixed till tomorrow night!
And Buttgieg paid a dark money corp called SHADOW to make it. Then he declares victory with no official results out. So has everyone else.
Bernie has the most complete/precise results on hand, with him in the lead by 6% with 40% of precincts called.
We might not even have to have lovely Iowa caucuses anymore. Or first.

That's great! So do you think Ahegao was something one artist did and other people copied it, or was the cultural zeitgeist just ready for it so it emerged at multiple points like Algebra and the Theory of Evolution?
"The term ahegao dates at least as far back as the early 1990s. Pornographic magazines used the word to describe the facial expressions of female live-action porn actresses during orgasm." :goonsay:

So I'd say it was the latter.

Job Question:

In two days I begin my 8-week internship for vendor management for a mortgage firm. I am expecting a 20 hour work week and this is my first real job. How work-intensive is a position like this? Am I expected to work non-stop?

Had my first day of work. Did so well at vendor management I completed a 2-day task in two hours.
Also my breaks and lunch count as pay.

My VicTsing wireless mouse isn't working anymore after 9 months.
I'm guessing it got dropped too many times but now the connection dies even when charged. It was $10 and the batteries only lasted 3-4 months despite being advertised as lasting 15.
Where would I check if it had a warranty? Or should I just order a new one?
