over 20 years of computer builds taught me I suck at ducting cable so I finally gave up and bought a skull canyon NUC two years ago, slapped in some laptop memory and a 1 TB M.2 SSD, got a 4 bay NAS with 4x 6 TB WD Reds, works for me I also found an old Optiplex 760 and upgraded the gently caress out of it (8 GB memory, Q9550, SATA SSD, 1 GB AMD Radeon HD 7570) to play hacked arcade games, and ripped out a PC from a ReVolt arcade cab for win98se/dos poo poo the 5.25" CD-ROM is on a mini-rail with a 3.5" HDD turned sideways so it fits behind it. love the power switch and external molex connector too.
